ACTIVITIES 
WP1: PROJECT MANAGEMENT, MONITORING AND COORDINATION
WP1 aims to ensure a smooth and efficient running of the project for its whole duration, through the definition of the general organization of the project management, the setting up of project organization structures, the clear identification of responsibilities and tasks of each partner. The efficient project management and coordination implies also a regular interface with the EACEA and the European Commission, the constant verification of the compliance with the contractual and legal issues and the efficiency of the resources management in terms of personnel, time and funds used for the activities implementation. 


WP2 – EVIDENCE-BASED ACTIVITIES 
WP2 aims to setting up the Local Sport Boards (LSBs), a group of the most relevant local sport actors, which are later institutionalized thanks to the signature of specific internal agreements. LSBs support project Partners in the identification of the anti-doping challenge to be tackled trough the evidence based activities and analysis, the definition of the educational sessions, information campaigns and debates to tackle threats to the integrity of sports and combat the use of doping within grassroots sports, the dissemination of project activities and expected results, contributing to promote dialogue among project stakeholders, confront ideas and methods and foster the importance of physical activities among young athletes. WP2 is set up to strengthen the collaboration among different sport actors in order to identify common goals, synergies and complementarities toward project objectives, contribute to doping prevention and lack of proper information.


WP3 – PROMOTION OF SPORT ADDED VALUES WITHIN THE ADRIATIC-IONIAN MACROREGION
WP3 aims at increasing the capacity of sport-related organizations involved in the project to operate at transnational level, through the reinforcement and formalization of the “Transnational Network for the promotion of sport integrity within the Adriatic-Ionian Macro-region”. The commitment of the transnational network towards the promotion of sport added values is ensured by the signature from each member of a Memorandum of Understanding and the drafting of the Anti-Doping Manifesto on the basis of the Final Assessment Report. 
The “Keep Calm and Play Safe” Transnational Bootcamp organized under WP3, support the mobility of young athletes, coaches, managers and staff of sport clubs through the organization of educational sessions and information campaigns in the field of sport integrity and doping prevention to facilitate the raising awareness and knowledge increasing of project target group as well as the organization of soccer games to promote fair play condition in grassroots sport. 


WP4 – DISSEMINATION AND COMMUNICATION ACTIVITIES
WP4 aims to spread and disseminate the project’s strategy, outputs and results within the participating organizations and towards local, national and EU stakeholders, target groups and final beneficiaries, ensuring the best impact of the planned activities, the reinforcement and consolidation of the Transnational Network and the local ones, thus guaranteeing the long term sustainability of project results.
WP4 also contribute to ensure that project outputs and deliverables are clearly addressed to the target groups using the most appropriate communication channels and tools, showing how the outcomes are relevant to effectively overcome the gaps of information on the dangers related to pharmacological pollution and doping on grassroots sports.
